While On The Day might be a new company, our skills and experiences as event coordinators have spanned our entire professional lives.

Paul's experiences as a event coordinator in New York City originally began our dream to establish our own event coordination company in Frederick. He has experience coordinating everything from large scale galas and business meetings on Park Avenue to small weddings in parks around Brooklyn and Queens. Paul's quiet patience, determination, and professionalism make him a rock for you in any situation that may arise during your event.

Anna's job as a set costumer for television shows gives her the opportunity to work closely with actors, making sure they are as comfortable off camera as they are perfectly styled when the camera starts rolling. You both deserve the same on your special day! With Anna, you will be getting the true Star Treatment. Her work on film sets has also prepared her to solve any issue quickly and to think on her feet.

When we were planning our own wedding, we realized there are so many details that can overwhelm you or distract from your ability to have the most joyful day imaginable. It is our delight to bring peace to any host's mind and to allow them to fully enjoy their day, knowing they are in good hands.

We are local to Frederick, Maryland, where Anna grew up, and where we bought our house in 2020. Being a part of the incredible tapestry of small businesses and the community of Frederick means the world to us.
