Contact vendors and make sure that they are aware of the timeline and plan for the day.
Be the main point of contact for all vendors On The Day.
Manage event logistics so that your friends and family do not have to "work" your event but rather can enjoy all the special moments.
Coordinate deliveries On The Day and make sure all items make it to their destination.
Ensure that all items for ceremony are setup on time and in the proper place.
Make sure that breakfast makes it to the bridal party "getting ready" space.
Be the main point of contact for your transportation vendor and make sure that all of your guests make it on the bus.
Organize and run your ceremony rehearsal.
Make sure family members are wrangled for transportation and photos.
Help pack all gifts and decor items at the end of the night.
Provide a kit with anything you may need on the day- basic supples such as band aids, Tylenol, stain removers and more!
Facilitate floral deliveries and distribution of corsages, boutonnieres, and bouquets.
Manage and distribute all paper items such as signs, reserved signs, escorts cards, table numbers and more.
Follow any instructions on DIY aspects or designs to the smallest detail.
OUR RATE STARTS AT $1,800.
We know each couple is unique and has specific requirements for their day, so we will work with you to determine prices for the services your special day will require. We always provide for all couples two meetings leading up to your event, month of support, contact with your vendors, and a minimum of 8 hours on your day.
